Key Account Manager for Bakery Export

As Key Account Manager, export you will be responsible for the sales of Bakery products to your dedicated B2B customers in international markets. You will prepare sales plans and search for new leads and opportunities to increase sales. You will act as account manager to ensure close partnership and active collaboration with your customers and acquire new customers, as well as monitor customer needs, products and trends in relevant markets. You will lead assigned customer negotiations (pricing, trade terms, assortment and etc.). You will maintain and admin product information in the systems and participate in other back-office and customer service tasks as needed. You will cooperate closely with the Bakery organization in Finland and Sweden, e.g. Export team, logistics, production, product development and controlling.

You will participate in external Business Finland and Sweden events and The position requires frequent Travelling

The position will be located in Stockholm and you will report to the Director of Bakery Export.

What you’ll bring to the team
In order to be successful in this role you have at least 5 years of experience in Key Account Management and Sales, b2b, in an international environment and experience from export business.

You have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and/or marketing.  You have an understanding in Private label, ability to manage business with various types of customers, have an ability to see and act on business opportunity, Consumer goods marketing,

You are fluent English and Swedish. Finnish and German are preferable.

You have a proven track record of past success. You have excellent sales and negotiation skills. Result achievement is your greatest motivator and you are ready to go extra mile. You have an ability to lead and improve the business processes. As a person, you are determined, ambitious, responsible, energetic with a positive attitude with strong organizational and analytical skills. You are also a great communicator.
